Discover full size steam engines, working models showing how the bridge works, interactive computers, and above all, one of the best panoramic views of London from the high-level walkways. The Walkways are a true "must-see" as they allow you a stunning panorama of London, 47 metres above the Thames, where you can view (amongst many other sights) the Tower of London, London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, The Monument and the Tate Modern, all situated nearby. The Exhibition can be visited in around one hour, an ideal way to get a beautiful overview of London before setting off to enjoy a full day's sightseeing. The bridge opens to allow river traffic through 900 times a year, another spectacle not to be missed! The original, Victorian Engine Rooms demonstrate how the historic bridge was run when it first opened over 100 years ago.
